Elizabeth Rush, NP, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, Owner
Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience working in healthcare and more than 10 years of experience managing complex mental health conditions. Specializes in the treatment of children ages 5 and up, teenagers, and adults for mental health and wellness. I am dedicated to delivering compassionate and collaborative mental health care that honors each person’s unique journey. With expertise in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders across all stages of life, she creates individualized treatment plans that reflect the strengths, needs, and goals of every client she serves.
At Renew Serenity Mental Health & Wellness, we offer a range of mental health services including psychiatric evaluation, providing testing and screenings for common conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ODD, and mood disorders. We can provide consultations, medication evaluation, gene sight psychotropic testing, and can provide ongoing medication management. We are committed to improving the lives of our patients through individualized treatment plans and compassionate care.

Brittany is a dually board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of practice experience providing compassionate and collaborative mental health care. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders across the lifespan. She recognizes that each individual's story is unique, and tailors' treatment plans to meet the needs, strengths, and goals of each patient she works with. Her approach blends evidence-based therapeutic strategies with thoughtful medication management.
She is committed to providing care that is patient centered, non-judgmental, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion. Brittany offers both in-person and virtual appointments for new patients and for follow up appointments.

We offer self-pay rates as well as are in-network with many health insurance companies including, Anthem, Aetna, Optum, and United Health Care/UMR. We can also provide a superbill for any out of network insurance provider.
